Making your teeth look whiter doesn't have to come only from your dentist. It could be something as simple as what's hiding in your closet!
1. Grab some different shades of white clothing, from bright white to creamy colors.
2. Stand in front of a big window in natural light and grab a mirror too.
3. Hold up different shades of white to your face and smile.
You want to find shades of white that are not whiter than your teeth! Look at how some whites make your teeth look very yellow while other shades make them look whiter. Everyone loves a good white t-shirt but you might just have to adjust the shade a little to feel a bit more confident about your smile!
